Conan has the ability to perform Sherlock scans on complete strangers. This means he can take tiny clues in your characters appearance and use deductive logic to figure out things like their hobbies, what they do for a living and where they've traveled recently.  Of course Conan will only be able to interpret things that he knows about from his world. 

1. Is Conan allowed to use a Sherlock Scan on your character?
2. What observations would he be able to make? Does your character have calluses from a hobby or a particular accent?
3. What would he be allowed to deduce about your character from observations?

1. Sure, unless it's pure 100% plot ruination. But it usually isn't, so gopher it
2. He's a dilettante who goes pretty much everywhere.
3. That he's not the sharpest crayon in the box, and maybe doesn't spend much time with electricity/modern conveniences.
